Comarch QE Architect:
Position Overview We are looking for a QA Architect with deep expertise in Loyalty Programs and extensive experience with Comarch Loyalty Management Software. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust quality assurance strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality loyalty solutions that meet both business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans tailored to loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Automation Framework Design: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for Comarch Loyalty Management Software, ensuring seamless testing of configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Provide technical leadership to QA teams, establishing best practices, and mentoring team members on advanced QA methodologies.
• End-to-End Testing: Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing for loyalty program implementations and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify testing requirements and ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Defect Management: Establish efficient defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and closure of issues.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in QA roles, with at least 5 years in a QA Architect role. Prior experience working on Loyalty Programs is mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth experience with Comarch Loyalty Management Software, including testing configurations, workflows, and APIs.
• Testing Tools: Proficient in tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar for automation Preferred Skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices testing.
• Expertise in API testing and test data management.
